An Art Deco-inspired town house designed in 1922 by the architect Émile Maes, within a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 36 to no. 64 of the avenue. The three-storey façade, in orange brick trimmed with white stone and rendered elements, has a trapezoidal bow window on the first floor topped by a terrace. The entrance and garage doors and an oculus are fitted with wrought-iron grilles; the joinery, with small-paned frames and floral stained glass, partly survives. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
