Group of social housing blocks in the Art Deco style built in 1921 for Le Foyer koekelbergeois, which assigned the plots to different architects to avoid monotony: Victor Bourgeois (nos. 1-3), Albert de Valeriola (nos. 5-7) and Arthur Pladet (no. 9). The four-storey red-brick elevations, with rendered and bluestone elements, each have five bays, with entrance bays at staggered levels. Nos. 1-3, the first work of Victor Bourgeois, then aged 24, show a certain austerity; nos. 5-7 and 9 have curved oriels and bear the date 1921 and the initials of the Foyer. All the buildings underwent a heavy renovation in 2007.
