Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, built in 1931 by the architect François Cornelis. The orange-brick façade, enhanced with bluestone, has in its main bay a garage in the plinth, surmounted by a two-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan. The recessed entrance is flanked by pilasters beneath lanterns carrying a cornice-canopy, and the lintels are of bricks set on end. The cornice, two timber dormers with grooved pilasters, the joinery and the front railing survive; inside, the dining room is at the front and the drawing room in the centre, from which the staircase rises. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
