Asymmetrical Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1922 by the architect Joseph Diongre for the draughtsman J. Fonteyne. The two-storey façade beneath a mansard roof, in orange brick enhanced with white stone, imitation white stone and bluestone, has a wide door beneath an octagonal oculus and a balcony with stone cheeks and a wrought-iron railing. The cornice, pointed in plan in the main bay, the door with geometric stained glass, the oculus frame and the wrought-iron front-garden railing have been preserved. At the rear, in the roof, the draughtsman's studio is lit by a large dormer. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
