Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1928 by the architect G. Rosenberg. The two-storey façade beneath a mansard roof, asymmetrical with bays at staggered levels, is in orange brick enhanced with rendered elements, white stone and bluestone. The main bay is marked by a small trapezoidal oriel, with a breast and base of multiple set-backs, beneath a terrace with dies and wrought-iron railings in front of a triple window. Most of the joinery has been preserved, as has the front-garden railing. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
