Art Deco apartment building erected in 1938 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten. It completes a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style starting at no. 2a, built between 1931 and 1938. The four-storey red brick façade under a gabled roof is enlivened by artificial stone elements. A semicircular oriel is flanked on each floor by a rounded balcony with a masonry parapet and tubular wrought-iron railing. On the ground floor, a porch supported by columns shelters a round-arched openwork door. The building is recorded in the inventory.
