Art Deco town house signed by the architect Fernand Meert, 1931. It stands within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style running from no. 2a to no. 32. The red brick and artificial stone façade has a projecting section with a recessed porch, topped by a terrace largely occupied by a trapezoidal bow window. On the upper floors it is framed by rusticated giant pilasters crowned by paired brackets supporting the wooden cornice. The roof, originally gabled, is now a mansard, and the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
