Art Deco apartment building erected in 1936 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten, within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style running from no. 2a to no. 32. The three-storey façade under a mansard roof is in yellow brick enlivened by artificial stone. On the upper floors, an oriel spanning the width of the façade is pierced with ribbon windows, the central one opening onto a balcony with a tubular handrail. The jambs are topped by a gold and black ring, and the wooden cornice rests on brackets grouped in threes. The building is recorded in the inventory.
