Art Deco apartment building signed by the architect Fernand Meert, 1932. It stands within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style running from no. 2a to no. 32. The four-storey flat-roofed façade alternates broad bands of red brick and artificial stone. On the upper floors, both bays are marked by a three-storey trapezoidal oriel beneath a wide entablature. The ground floor has a recessed trapezoidal porch; the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
