Art Deco apartment building erected in 1937 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten, within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style running from no. 2a to no. 32. The ground floor in brown brick on a high bluestone base carries upper floors in yellow brick and artificial stone. On the upper floors, an oriel with rounded corners spans the full width of the façade, generously glazed. The recessed porch with rounded jambs shelters an openwork wooden door; the original gabled roof was replaced by a mansard in 1941. The building is recorded in the inventory.
