Art Deco apartment building signed by the architect Fernand Meert, 1932. It stands within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style running from no. 2a to no. 32. The three-storey façade under a mansard roof is marked by a full-height trapezoidal oriel, topped on the third floor by a balcony with a brick and wrought-iron balustrade. The entrance door, under a recessed porch, is reached by a flight of steps, and the wooden cornice rests on paired brackets. The door and window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
