Town house in the Art Deco style built for the sworn surveyor F. Delagarde after a 1927 design by Eduard Van Steenbergen (permit file of 22 October 1927). Terraced, of three and two bays and three storeys under a flat roof, it has a façade combining stone, brick, wrought iron and coloured stained glass, with bay windows, balconies and stylised ornament. The façade sculptures, a female figure with a peacock and a male figure with a ram, are by Albert Poels. The plan is organised around a spacious central stair hall with a fireplace and skylight, and the interior is in the Art Deco style. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
