Doctor's house designed in 1940 by the architect E. Van Steenbergen (permit of 28 August 1940), a 'late realisation in nieuwe zakelijkheid/art deco' according to the inventory. This terraced house, not enclosed on both sides, of three bays and three storeys under a flat roof, has a red-brick cornice façade with thick raised head joints, strongly horizontal with its high bluestone plinth, the bands framing the bel-étage with bay-like side windows and the full-width balcony of the third storey; the iron balustrade of fine twisted bars is decorated with three circular motifs, echoed by the handles of the entrance and garage door. From the bel-étage upwards, the plan leaves a central inner garden that lights every room, with the surgery at the front and the private living quarters at the back. The interior retains an entrance hall and stair hall clad in black and white marble under an elliptical skylight, and the doctor's consulting room with built-in furniture designed in 1945. The house has been listed as a monument since 1999.
