Three-façade villa containing two dwellings, Art Deco in inspiration, designed in 1932 by the architect J. Bal in Laeken. Beneath a mansard roof, the orange-brick façade trimmed with imitation stone combines a two-storey trapezoidal oriel, a curved front projection with three mullions carrying a terrace, and a stepped round-arched entrance. The joinery is largely preserved, including a door with a leaded oculus and small-paned windows with patterned glass and occasionally stained glass; the terrace is edged with wrought-iron railings with geometric decoration. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
