Art Deco rental house inspired by the Streamline (paquebot) style, designed in 1938 by the architect Jourdain J. De Windt, whose signature and date appear on the boundary wall. The three-storey, flat-roofed building has a façade of yellow Nieuwpoort brick set off with bluestone, with two semi-sunken garage entrances in the base. The main bay is marked by a three-storey oriel whose windows are flanked by colonnettes with black ceramic bands. In the entrance bay, balconies with curved corners attached to the oriel and an attic wall pierced by two oculi, with a flagpole holder, complete the composition. The door keeps its grille evoking sun rays; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
