Art Deco house divided into flats, built in 1937 by the architect J. Thilges. The two-storey façade beneath a mansard, in straw-yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, is enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone. A two-storey bow window with colonnettes faced in black mosaic extends towards the entrance bay as a balcony with a rounded corner and tubular rail, which shelters the entrance. The Eternit-scaled mansard is pierced by two dormers; the door with a grilled oculus and the boundary wall with wrought-iron railings have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
