Art Deco house divided into flats, of asymmetrical composition, built in 1937 by the architects A. Van Den Bempt and A. De Boodt. The red brick façade is enhanced with rendered areas, white stone and bluestone; most openings carry a moulded stone cornice with a pointed profile. The main bay has a rectangular two-storey projection, with corner windows framed by beaded wooden colonnettes, beneath a terrace with a geometric railing. The recessed entrance porch opens through a round arch onto a barrel vault; the joinery has been preserved, including a door with a geometric grille and leaded window frames. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
