Art Deco town house designed by the architect Joseph Diongre in 1929. The two-storey, three-bay elevation is clad in white artificial stone on a bluestone base and pierced by rectangular openings. The central bay holds the wrought-iron door and, on the upper floor, a loggia closed by a metal railing, beneath a mansard roof lit by dormers. Inside, a vast hall lit by a roof lantern occupies the heart of the house, flanked by the stairwell. The joinery is largely preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory.
