Large complex of nine social housing buildings in the Art Deco style, built in 1926 by the architect Joseph Diongre. These 108 dwellings are part of a programme of large apartment buildings erected in the neighbourhood between 1922 and 1929. The six-storey buildings, arranged in a U around an internal lane, are characterised by triangular oriels, balconies and entrance bays treated as oriels; the facades combine Dutch bricks, pale rendering and orange bricks, and the windows have kept their original frames.
