Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, designed by the architect Félicien Rogge in 1929 on the corner of Avenue Molière. The two central garages were converted into shops by the architect Jean Tombeur, probably while construction work was still under way. The five-storey elevation beneath a flat roof extends over four bays on the chaussée, a canted bay and three bays on the avenue; the rendered façade with roughcast pilaster strips is enlivened by oriels lit by wide windows on the top three levels. The shopfronts have largely been altered, except for the one on the corner. The building is recorded in the inventory.
