Corner apartment building in the "ocean liner" Art Deco style, signed and dated on the corner "F.[rançois] Van Meulecom architecte 1936". It has eight storeys, the top one set back, with a curved corner bay. The ground floor is entirely faced in bluestone, and the cantilevered orange-brick upper floors are widely opened by ribbon windows whose continuous sills emphasise the horizontality. On the corner, the curved windows have tubular rails; each floor contains one apartment.
