Maison Art déco, rue de la Mutualité 2-4

Art Deco town house, signed and dated by the architect Lucien Loze, 1933. It has three storeys under a flat roof. The façade combines a tall bluestone plinth with yellow brick and light-toned rendered sections. On the ground floor, the garage door is flanked on the right by the front door; on the upper floors, a curved oriel occupies almost the full width of the façade and is pierced by two wide rectangular windows. The joinery survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
