An Art Deco two-family villa built in 1927 by the architect Joseph Diongre on a corner plot, where the slope gives it two extra storeys on the avenue du Parc side. Of brick enhanced with white stone and bluestone, it presents on the avenue des Villas two wrought-iron doors with geometric motifs beneath shaped arches, and a pentagonal projecting bay fitted out as a winter garden. On the avenue du Parc, a basement of Profondeville rubble carries two trapezoidal stone oriels and a balcony with a lozenge-pierced parapet.
