Art Deco town house, signed and dated « F. Van Meulecom architecte 1931 ». The asymmetrical façade, in orange-toned brick enhanced with white imitation stone on a bluestone base, has on the ground floor an unusual entrance arrangement of two pedestrian doors sheltered beneath a recessed porch, with a small rectangular projection on the right. On the upper floors, the entrance bay is fronted by a slender oriel and the main bay by a trapezoidal oriel; the top storey is pierced by rectangular windows grouped in threes and fives, beneath a mansard roof lit by a dormer. The woodwork survives, including the window frames decorated with stained-glass friezes, and the façade is set behind a front garden enclosed by low walls with partly preserved wrought-iron railings. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
