Asymmetrical Art Deco town house, signed and dated 1927 on the ground floor by the architect Van Meulecom. It has two storeys beneath a mansard roof, with a rendered façade enhanced with brick, now painted. The main bay forms a projection, rectangular at the base where it is pierced by a garage entrance, then trapezoidal beneath a flat roof with five paired transom lights. The round-arched door incorporates metal lanterns with textured glass in its jambs, beneath a timber canopy. The cornices, the glazed wrought-iron front door and the garage door survive, while the window frames have been replaced; the house is recorded in the inventory.
