An Art Deco apartment building, described as remarkable by the inventory, designed in 1924 by the architect François (Franz) Van Meulecom. The four-storey façade under a mansard, of brick, white stone, imitation stone and bluestone, is centred on a wide curved oriel and a partly open entrance porch between two bays crowned by curved pediments. Its ornament, typical of the Roaring Twenties, includes lanterns depicting a faun, spandrels carved with fruit, dragonfly finials, butterfly stained glass and spiral grilles; the original joinery and ironwork are largely preserved.
