An Art Deco corner apartment building, erected in 1929 by the architect Émile Henry and the contractor P. Guiot, whose signatures appear on the corner. It closes a row of buildings lining a small triangular square, and its four storeys in white artificial stone and red brick are linked by a corner turret with continuous mullions beneath a tall polygonal dome. On the boulevard side, two projecting bays on a trapezoidal plan, joined under a slate-clad stepped gable, frame the canted entrance porch; floral bas-reliefs complete the decoration. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
