Pair of similar Art Deco middle-class houses designed by the architect Henri-Julien De Ridder in 1931 and 1932. The two-storey elevations, the upper storey set within a tall mansard roof, are in Belvédère brick with accentuated joints, enhanced with bluestone, above a plinth of Ourthe rubble stone. Towards the avenue, each façade has a garage entrance and a bow window with triple openings topped by a polygonal gabled dormer. At no. 26, a three-façade house, the joinery has been preserved, with sash windows and a door with geometric grilles; at no. 28, the transom light above the door keeps a geometric grille. The pair is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
