Art Deco house of flats, signed and dated 1932 on the ground floor by the architect Jean-Baptiste Dewin; it contains one dwelling on the first floor and two flats on the second. Its symmetrical three-bay, three-storey elevation, in red brick enhanced with bluestone and imitation bluestone, is enlivened by recessed and projecting wall sections. The central entrance is flanked by broad polygonal pilasters carved with birds, and the first floor has squat small projecting bays with timber pilasters. A broadly overhanging flat cornice crowns the façade. The doors with grilled openings and the first-floor window frames with stained glass survive; the house is recorded in the inventory.
