Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed in 1927 by the architect Clément Huberty. It rises two storeys beneath a mansard roof, in red brick, white imitation stone and white stone. The main bay has a trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, in front of a triple window, and a trapezoidal through-dormer gable with volutes and a mascaron. The door, with a stepped splay incorporating lanterns, is topped by a trapezoidal transom light. The original glazed wrought-iron door, the cornices and the front-garden railing survive, while the window frames have been replaced; the house is recorded in the inventory.
