Art Deco corner town house, signed by the architect François Van Meulecom in 1928. Its two-storey façades under a mansard roof play on the contrast between red brick, bluestone and white stone; the canted corner bay is marked by a curved bow window topped by a trapezoidal gabled dormer. On Avenue Molière, a bluestone entrance porch carries a wrought-iron railing. Numerous carved elements, flower baskets and animal motifs, stained glass, joinery and ironwork survive.
