Art Deco town house signed and dated 1931 on its plinth by the architect François Van Meulecom. The façade, in bluestone at basement level, brick and white stone on the ground floor and rendered on the upper floor, is dominated by a projecting bay combining the garage door, a trapezoidal oriel and a terrace. The entrance opens beneath a round-arched porch flanked by two lanterns, under a slate-covered mansard roof. The original joinery, ironwork and front railings survive; the building is recorded in the inventory but has no protected status.
