An Art Deco town house, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect G. Bossuyt, 1925, who designed it for his parents. A dispensation allowed him to build a small rear building as a garage and architect's studio, which he occupied himself. The asymmetrical red-brick façade, set off with white stone and artificial stone, has a main bay beneath a gable flanked by pilasters, a curved balconette with a wrought-iron railing and a triangular oriel on a corbel above the carriage door. The door and window frames with geometric stained glass survive, as does the staircase beneath a stained-glass skylight, covered with a glass slab in 2009 (architect Stéphane Lissilour).
