Town house in the Art Deco style, built to a 1924 design by the architect Jef Huygh, one of his first independent works, for the sculptor Georges Collard; Huygh also designed an Art Deco sculptor's studio at the back of the garden, demolished around 1960. Collard very probably made the façade's bas-reliefs of intertwined vine tendrils and bunches of grapes. Of three storeys under a tall slate pseudo-mansard, the cornice façade is divided by walls and rising ribs into three unequal bays, in red-brown brick contrasting with large areas of white imitation stone; its linear form is according to the inventory typical of Huygh's designs of the 1920s. The bel-étage is marked by a triple bow window almost the full width of the façade, on heavy corbels, crowned by a balcony, and a tall gable finishes the façade. The ground floor was converted into a dwelling in 1960 and the façade has been painted white; the joinery has been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
