Group of three identical Art Deco houses, designed in 1921 by the architects Jef Huygh and Maurice Dieltiëns and built in 1921-1922; the client for no. 20 was Frans Boen. The cornice façades, on a bluestone plinth, alternate white stone-imitation render on the ground floor and mansard level with red brick facing on the upper floor, outlined by bands of black brick. The stylised honeybee, Huygh's personal motif, adorns the postaments of the gable, the wrought-iron balustrades and the entrance bay. The ensemble is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
