This is the personal residence of the architect Flor Van Reeth, which he designed in Art Deco style in 1923-1924; the inventory also dates its construction to 1924-1926. A terraced house under a flat roof, it has a strict, individual form: on the ground floor two hard-stone pilasters crowned with fruit baskets in white stone, and at the top a heavy curved cornice on consoles. According to the inventory, its formal language leans more towards modernism than that of the neighbouring house by Jef Huygh, and its innovative plan has staggered floor levels. It has been a protected monument since 2000.
