Art Deco town house built in 1928 for J. Montrieux to designs by the Antwerp builder François Toen, against Jef Huygh's Lianahalle. The three-storey cornice façade, entirely of white stone on a bluestone plinth, is enlivened with Art Deco ornament: beading, fluting, small bas-reliefs of S-scrolls and stylised floral work, and stepped openings on the ground floor. The broad bay is marked on the second floor by a three-sided oriel; the coloured leaded glass of the oriel in the entrance bay, the front door and the steel garage doors with wrought-iron grilles survive. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
