Art Deco town house, signed and dated « F. Van MEULECOM / Architecte 1922 » on the base. The two-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof combines red brick and white stone on a blue stone base, with rectangular windows under stylised lintels. The banded ground floor contains a recessed porch with a granito floor. The upper floor, articulated by grooved pilasters, is fronted on its axis by a slender oriel with three transom lights filled with original floral stained glass. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
