Art Deco town house signed and dated "De BRUYNE Pierre / Arch. 1924" on the plinth, designed as the architect's home and office. The asymmetrical two-storey façade under a mansard roof combines red brick, white stone and a bluestone plinth. The door, set between two pilasters beneath a canopy on brackets, is topped by three paired transom lights, and the upper floor projects as a trapezoidal oriel. The transoms retain their original stained glass with geometric floral motifs.
