Maison Art déco, avenue Jupiter 63

Art Deco raised-ground-floor house signed by the architect Gaston Brunfaut, 1927. The three-storey façade in red brick and bluestone features subtle decoration in vertically laid or projecting bricks. The first two levels are articulated by stepped pilasters, and the third is marked horizontally by a broad brick breastwork. The original garage door was replaced by a window in 1931 and the dormer by three roof windows. The building is recorded in the inventory.
