Art Deco town house, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect François Van Meulecom, 1925. The asymmetrical brown-brick façade, enhanced with rendered elements on a bluestone plinth, has round-arched windows on the ground floor and rectangular ones above. In the main bay, a curved bow window sits under a triple transom; in the entrance bay, a French window opens onto a small balcony. The ironwork and joinery, with their stained and coloured glass, featuring butterfly motifs in the transoms, are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
