Art Deco house, signed and dated « F. Van MEULECOM / Architecte 1924 » at ground-floor level. The two-storey elevation beneath a mansard combines orange brick facing, imitation-stone and white-stone details and a bluestone base. The ground floor is pierced by round-arched openings separated by fluted pilasters; the upper floor, framed by grooved pilasters, is fronted by a bow window with five paired windows beneath five transom lights. A timber cornice on elongated brackets and a wide central dormer crown the façade, whose frames, glazing bars and stained glass depicting butterflies and bunches of grapes are largely original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
