Art Deco town house, signed on the plinth by the architect Georges France, 1923. The two-storey, two-bay façade, in red brick enhanced with white (imitation) stone on a tall bluestone plinth, groups the door and a small window at the centre under a canopy that extends over the garage door. On the upper floor, a large curved bow window rests on a carved console and is topped by a lean-to roof. The left bay ends in a broadly stepped gable. The window frames and glazing bars with stained and coloured glass are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
