An Art Deco-inspired apartment building, built in 1927–1928 by the architect Adrien Blomme for the Compagnie Générale d’Entreprises Immobilières (COGENI). Its carriage entrance, flanked by shop windows, gives access to the residential complex of Square du Val de la Cambre. Above a bluestone ground floor, the red-brick upper floors set off with white stone combine windows grouped in threes in the central bay with two oriels on a trapezoidal plan in the side bays, beneath a mansard roof. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
