Art Deco town house built in 1928. Its four-storey elevation is faced with grey-blue Boom tiles, highlighted here and there with white stone. On the first and second floors, an oriel fills the whole façade and carries a terrace closed by a parapet; on the ground floor, recessed porches with segmental arches shelter the front door and the garage door. An additional set-back storey was added on the flat roof in 1988, and the front setback keeps its original railings. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
