Art Deco town house whose façade is signed by the architect Marcel Porto, 1928. The three-storey elevation, two bays wide on the upper floors and set beneath a mansard roof, is faced in white imitation stone on a bluestone base. On the ground floor, a central round-arched pedestrian door is flanked by two garage doors, the left one the result of a later alteration; on the upper floor, on the left, a trapezoidal logette is topped by a terrace enclosed by a wrought-iron railing. The lower slope of the roof is pierced by two dormers beneath curved pediments, and the woodwork survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
