Art Deco town house, signed and dated « Gaston Ide architecte 1928 »; the second floor was added in 1935 by the architect Marcel Rarts. The asymmetrical red-brick façade is punctuated with blue stone and enhanced with imitation white stone. The main bay is fronted on the first floor by a bow window with a shaped plan, covered by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing in front of a triple window. The pilasters framing it continue, at parapet level, into a decorative stone finial depicting herons. The joinery, with coloured floral stained glass, is original except on the second floor of the entrance bay. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
