This Art Deco town house with workshop was designed in 1925 for the perfume manufacturer Jules Salomon; it is signed by Paul Hamesse and brothers, architects. Its two-storey façade in orange brick, enhanced with white stone on a bluestone plinth, is pierced by rectangular openings not aligned in bays. An original wrought-iron carriage gate with a trapezoidal arch and a trapezoidal stone oriel on the upper floor enliven it. At the back of the plot, the former workshop for the wholesale trade in perfumery articles is now used as housing.
