Art Deco apartment house designed in 1933 by the architect Éloi Drake, whose signature on the plinth bears the date 1934. The three-storey, two-bay façade in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints is enlivened with blue and white stone. The main bay is occupied over three storeys by a trapezoidal projection, with mullions crowned by geometricised scroll capitals and beaked sills. The entrance, sheltered by a flat wooden canopy on stepped brackets, is reached by a flight of steps that extends over the garage entrance. The cornices and the door with its polygonal grilled opening survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
