Art Deco apartment house designed in 1932 by the engineer-architects of the Bureau d'Études Leclercq. The three-storey, flat-roofed façade, in brown brick laid in varied patterns with blue-stone details, has two unequal bays crowned by a polygonal or triangular gable. In the main bay, a two-storey trapezoidal projection topped by a terrace stands in front of an opening with stepped reveals, with a polygonal balcony attached to it on the first floor. The parapets and the front-garden enclosure have wrought-iron railings, those of the enclosure with geometric decoration. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
